These lightweight crêpe de chine scarves have a soft sheen and will complement any outfit. They measure 28 x 130 cms (11" x 51") and have hand-rolled edges. I paint many colour combinations to follow seasonal and fashion demands. Contact me with your order and I will fulfil your request promptly, within 10 days for Europe. They are sent in an attractive gift box (see below) with a card enclosed giving care instructions. All scarves have my signature written in wax in one corner. Requests for larger orders may be considered.

As the scarves are painted individually, they will always vary slightly in design. On each scarf a motif is drawn in wax and repeated along its length. The wax then acts as a resist to the dyes. During the steaming process all traces of wax disappear from the silk and the colours are enhanced, giving a perfectly finished product.
